For more than a decade, I have co-led the creative team for the agency of record of NorthShore University HealthSystem, the third-largest health system in Illinois. We created a strong brand for NorthShore and have been vigilant stewards of that brand as we’ve continually refreshed and evolved it to align with new strategic initiatives and the ever-changing healthcare landscape.

As the lead writer on the account, I’ve been the voice of NorthShore across all channels, including print, television, radio, outdoor, digital and social. I’ve also written longform and corporate pieces.
