Not a bank. Better.
In 2016, the Peoria-based credit union CEFCU expanded to San Jose, California. The challenge was to maintain its trusted Midwestern identity, earned over 80 years, while appealing to new demographics in a new market. With an aging membership, they also needed to appeal to a younger audience for future growth.
Our strategy, encompassing TV, radio, print, digital, social and more, successfully breathed new life into CEFCU's brand without altering its core identity. More important, we’ve helped them achieve growth in California surpassing expectations, while deepening roots and expanding in the Midwest. Our messaging continues to resonate with younger, more diverse audiences, fostering sustained growth in both regions.
