In its 150-year history, the American Veterinary Medicine Association (AVMA) had never done a serious brand refresh. In that time, the profession had gone from being mostly older males in rural locations to skewing much younger and more female-based, with more practitioners than ever in urban areas. Starting in 2015, I was part of the 88 Brand Partners team that did a complete overhaul of the brand.

In addition to giving them a new look and voice, we’ve helped them develop creative content that showcases just how much they do to support veterinarians at every stage of their careers—and to advance the profession as a whole. This collaboration has resulted in increased member retention and loyalty, setting a successful trajectory for the AVMA.
